10:00-10:45 Wave 1 = K and 1st grade*

10:45-11:30 Wave 2 = 2nd and 3rd grade*

11:30-12:15 Wave 3 = 4th and 5th grade*

12:15-1:00 Wave 4 = Greenacres Alumni*

Parents and siblings will run in the same Wave as their child.

Q. What is the Color Run?
A. A fun one mile loop around Greenacres Field where runners are doused from head to toe in different color chalk at every zone. Participants wear white and finish the race plastered in color!

Q. Is the Color Powder Safe?
A. Yes! It's non-toxic, eco-friendly, FDA approved, food-grade, washable dye sourced from a very reputable company called Kulture Khazana.

Q. Who can participate in the Color Run?
A. Any past or current Greenacres students, parents, and siblings. Everyone 5 and over will need a ticket to participate. This is a family event and parents are highly encouraged to join in on the FUN!

Q. Will there be food?
A. Yes! We will have a Westchester Burger food truck, and an Ice Cream truck with a full menu available for purchase.

Q. How will I know when it’s my time to run?
A. We've set up waves to let students in the same grade run together, but if you are busy during your wave, feel free to join another one!

10:00-10:45 Wave 1 = K and 1st grade

Q. What should I wear?
A. Runners should wear as much white as possible to get the full Color Run experience but everyone is encouraged to jazz it up with silly costumes, tutus, wigs, or crazy sunglasses! This is a FUN RUN! The chalk is washable, so feel free to go ALL OUT!
