Greenacres After School Clubs (ASC) — Winter & Spring 2026

ASC is a PTA-sponsored after-school enrichment program offering clubs in art, dance, music, STEM, sports, and more. PTA membership is required to register.

Winter 2026 session: Feb 2 – Apr 10

Spring 2026 session: Apr 13 – Jun 12

Registration has two rounds:

  • Round 1 = Lottery (not first-come, first-served)
  • Round 2 = First-come, first-served (clubs close when full)

Important: Please note that there are NO After School Clubs during breaks, holidays, school closures, and on K–2 Conference Days.

Registration Timeline

Round 1 (Lottery)

  • Mon 1/05/26 (10:00 AM): Round 1 registration opens
  • Sun 1/11/26 (11:59 PM): Round 1 registration closes
  • Tue 1/13/26: Round 1 rosters available (Winter/Spring)

Round 2 (First-come, first-served)

  • Wed 1/14/26 (10:00 AM): Round 2 registration opens
  • Tues 1/20/26 (12:00 PM): Round 2 Winter registration closes
  • Fri 1/23/26: Final Winter rosters available
  • Sun 3/15/26 (11:59 PM): Round 2 Spring registration closes
  • Thurs 3/19/26: Final Spring rosters available

Winter Clubs begin: Monday, Feb 2, 2026

Spring Clubs begin: Monday, April 13, 2026

What to Expect After You Register

  • If a club is oversubscribed in Round 1, placements are assigned by blind lottery.
  • Rosters post on 1/13/26. Round 2 opens 1/14/26 at 10:00 AM.
  • Round 2 is first-come, first-served; clubs may close immediately when full.
  • Families may register for both Winter and Spring (as availability allows).
